Training Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Cancellations or change of class date must be received at least 10 business days prior to the start of class for a full refund.
If you cancel 5 business days before the class you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. If you fail to cancel in time and/or do not attend the class, no refund will be issued, and you will be charged the full amount.
In the case of low enrollment, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion. If you are in a class, which is cancelled, we will help in any way to find a replacement class for you. Please contact us for more information.
Training Credit Purchases
The person purchasing the Training Credits must nominate an authorized person who may distribute the Training Credits to their organization’s employees. This authorized person could be the initial purchaser or another person in the organization. Such authorized person may only distribute Training Credits internally to their company employees, and only such authorized person will have access to see the balance of Training Credits held in their account.
A minimum of US$1000 is required for any Training Credit purchase, and there must be sufficient training credits to enable a course to be purchased.
Training Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After 12 months such credits expire. Additionally, ServiceRocket will not be obligated to deliver any training purchased with Training Credits, after such 12-month period.
Product License Agreement
For all products and licenses purchased, you must read and agree to our End User License Agreement.
Evaluation License Agreement
For any product and licenses being evaluated (other than BETA testing), you must read and agree to our Evaluation License Agreement.
Collection of Information
We do in some cases capture and aggregate system health, performance and utilization data from the systems our Add-ons are installed on. However, we do not read or capture Application Content that you create while using the plug-in or application.
The aggregated data is used to (a) better understand the usage of our Add-ons; (b) identify usage patterns; and (c) enhance our ability to provide technical support and greater value to our customers. On occasion, the collected system, performance and utilization data will be used for the purposes of developing and refining sales and marketing programs.
For purposes hereof, “System” means the operating system, plug-in and the application to which it integrates, and “Application Content” means content directly inputted into the system by you.

Events and Conferences
The purchase and sale of tickets to our hosted events and conferences are full and final and no refunds shall be provided if you cancel prior to the event or are a no-show.
No videotaping of our events and conferences is permitted.
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the conference/ event venue or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of us or our subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, we may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of ServiceRocket. In the event the event cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, ServiceRocket shall not be liable to you for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. We will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
Any communication, material or feedback with regard to content from the events transmitted by you via electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, or comments regarding the content of any Document or other information supplied at the events, shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation.
In its sole discretion and without refund, ServiceRocket reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the event anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or any other attendee.
